Floss Gloss Ltd only accept returns of unused and/or untampered items in exchange for store credit. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days from date of purchase. Store credit for returned purchases is good for 30 days after we receive returned purchase(s). Please note buyer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.
Refunds will be authorized by management only in situations where customer requested return and shipped back unopened and unused products. Refund will be for product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged Items
You must report any damaged products immediately upon receipt, so that the appropriate claims can be filed. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to Floss Gloss Customer Support within 7 business days of receipt of the order, by either telephone or email [email protected].
