NY SHELTER IN PLACE QUESTIONS (orders from 3/22/20 and on)
Q: I put an order in after 3/22 - will it ship to me soon?
A: Per NYC & NY state order, Floss Gloss is categorized as a non-essential business. As of 3/22 all non-essential businesses were ordered to close. Any polish orders placed after 3/22 will experience a longer than usual processing time ~ anywhere between approximately 5 - 12 business days.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Selecting Priority Mail as your shipment method does not speed up your processing time. During the coronavirus emergency USPS is experiencing longer transit times & not guaranteeing Priority Mail shipping windows. If you haven't received a shipment notification then your order has not shipped.
Q: I would like to return something from a recent order. What should I do?
A: We are handling returns on a case by case basis. However, we are currently not accepting returns of product where the package was opened and merchandise interacted with.
Also, any orders sent to an incorrectly provided address or orders that are lost/stolen because they had been sitting at an incorrect shipping address are not refundable.

Q: I live in the UK or France, when can I expect my order?
A: USPS has currently suspended any outgoing mail to these countries unfortunately. However, we are unsure of when USPS may lift those rules. You can choose to keep your order pending or request a refund.
Q: I just placed my order! When should I expect it to arrive?
A: ** Since the beginning of January 2019, we have noticed an increase in transit time for USPS First Class Service overall, locally and nationwide. Please be advised that USPS First Class Mail can now take up to 14 business days. If you need a quicker turn around, please select USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, Floss Gloss is not responsible for slow or delayed transit times once in USPS’s hands.**
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday, over the weekend, and on major holidays will ship the next business day.
*During holiday season & when there are new releases or sales, it might take up to 3 business days to fulfill your order*

Q: Can I track my order?
Yes, you should receive a tracking notification to the email you used to make the order once the order is fulfilled. USPS tracking numbers are typically updated within 24 hours after the tracking number is created, so please hold tight! Q: My order never arrived!
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will file a claim with the USPS. Please contact us at email@example.com within a week so we can try to resolve the issue asap. We go by a case-by-case basis.
If a package is returned to us due to a customer error (ex: incorrect address, name, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment charges.

A: Yes! We ship almost anywhere ~ Canada, UK, France, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, etc.

Q: What is your return policy?
We only accept returns on unused polishes. Return request must be made to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product(s). You will be responsible for shipping the return at your own cost. Returns can be shipped to:

Q: What are the ingredients? Is Floss Gloss 7-Free & Cruelty Free?
A: Floss Gloss is considered 7-Free and formulated without yucky harmful chemicals like Toluene, DBP, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Xylene, TPHP, Bismuth Oxychloride & Ethyl Tosylamide!
All nail lacquers are free of sulfates, parabens & gluten. We never, ever test on animals or contain animal or insect derivatives!
Q: Does Floss Gloss contain the chemical Triphenyl Phosphate or THPH?

Q: Is Floss Gloss manufactured in the USA?
A: Yes! Floss Gloss Ltd Pro Nail Lacquer is made and manufactured in USA! Our lacquers are made in California. We work with a US based company for our glass bottles, caps and brushes, which are manufactured in Italy.
Q: What kind of lacquer coverage can I expect from Floss Gloss Ltd Pro Nail Lacquer?

A: Neon pigments have a matte finish due to the chemistry composition of the pigment. If we could get them to dry glossy - trust us we would!!
