A: Yes, Floss Gloss is 4 Free! We are formulated without DBP, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin and Toulene. We do not test on animals and are cruelty free. Yes, Floss Gloss is Cruelty Free and we never test on animals or use animal products in our products.
Q: Is Floss Gloss manufactured in the USA ?
A: Yes, Floss Gloss Ltd Pro Nail Lacquer is made and manufactured in California. With the exception of our glass bottle, caps and brushes which are manufactured in Italy.
Q: What kind of lacquer coverage can I expect from Floss Gloss Ltd Pro Nail Lacquer ?
A: Floss Gloss strives to maintain one-coat coverage with an opaque color formula. For the perfect Floss Gloss manicure apply Floss Gloss Cares Base Coat in ‘Bass Line’. Apply two coats of any Floss Gloss Ltd Pro Nail Lacquer and finish with Floss Gloss Cares Top Coat in ‘Gloss’ for ultimate gloss and protection.

A: ‘Gloss’ is a professional, formaldehyde free, fast dry, high gloss, top coat with thin application. We believe it is superior in all categories versus the current consumer standard, Seche Vite. Try it to believe it!
Q: I just placed my order. Who does Floss Gloss Ltd ship with? When should I expect my order? Can I track it?
A: Floss Gloss Ltd personally fulfills and ships our each order with USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail should be expected within 2-5 business days from the fulfillment date for shipments within the US. International Orders (outside the Continental US) via Priority Mail should be expected within 6-12 business days.
Every order is shipped with Delivery Confirmation and your individulaized 16-digit code may be used to confirm your package whereabouts via USPS.COM "Track and Confirm". All order and shipping questions may be forwarded to support@flossgloss.com.
